The tea sector is striving to fulfill the target of US$1 billion in turnover by 2020, said Chairman of the Vietnam Tea Association Nguyen Kim Phong.

Vietnam currently ranks fifth among top tea producers and exporters in the world.

Apart from the domestic market, Vietnam’s tea products are sold in 110 countries and territories with the “CheViet” brand name being registered and protected in 73 international markets.
