At the meeting with the Chairman of the Binh Duong People’s Committee, Nguyen Hoang Son, the Kalmyk leader expressed hope for economic cooperation with Binh Duong province.

As the President of the World Chess Federation (FIDE), Kirsan Ilyumzhinov also expected cooperation in developing the art of chess playing in Binh Duong.

Later, he visited the new city of Binh Duong and Binh Duong Industry-Service and Urban complex. Vietnamese State President Nguyen Minh Triet also joined the tour.
