The US Pacific Ocean High Command has pledged to present two second-hand ultrasound machines to a clinic in the central province of Thua Thien-Hue.

Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Khiem on February 12 agreed to let the People's Committee of Hue receive the machines.

The deputy PM entrusted local authorities to guide the Thuy Duong clinic in testing the machines according to the requirements set by the Ministry of Health.
