While working with the general director of Cuba’s Archive Agency, Martha Marina Ferriol Marchena, in Hanoi on April 10, Mr Hoang appreciated the results of the joint seminar on keeping archives between the Vietnam State Archives Department and the Cuba Archives Agency.
The two agencies planned their 2009 cooperative plan on sharing experiences in storing documents.
For her part, the Cuban general director said that the effective coordination between the two agencies over the past year helped implement the 25th minutes of the Vietnam-Cuba Technical and Scientific Cooperation Subcommittee.
On this occasion, the Vietnam State Archives and Records Department and the Cuba Archives Agency signed the memorandum of understanding concerning their cooperative plan for the year 2009.
