The Republic of Korea Ambassador to Vietnam, Im Hong Jae, has been granted the Friendship Order for his contribution to improving cooperation between the two countries.
Speaking at a farewell meeting with the outgoing ambassador in Hanoi on March 5, Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Khiem praised his efforts in promoting the mutual understanding and friendship between Vietnam and the RoK, bringing the relationship to a new level.
In reply, Mr. Im promised to continue working for the two countries’ strategic partnership.
