Central Da Nang city is conducting a feasibility study into an environmentally friendly bus project to be funded by Germany, reported the municipal Service of Transport and Public Affairs.

The credit commitment made by the German Government to the project is worth US$300,000 to be disbursed within 2008.

The city also plans to pilot a bus system project to improve accessibility for handicapped people with funding from the Ministry of Transport.
