The event is part of a wide range of activities to mark International Francophone Day (March 20).

Fotso, winner of Visas pour la creation 2009 and runner-up at the 2009 International Francophone Festival, will play blues, jazz and soul on a mix of traditional instruments and the guitar.

Aly Keita, a skillful balafon player (a wooden instrument of West Africa), was born in Bamileke region, Cameroon, and lived with the Beti tribes.

He has brought this instrument to all over the world and performed with many renowned artists such as Omar Sosa, Joe Zawinul, and Magid Bekkas.
