The Hanoi People’s Committee on March 11 granted a license for a new luxury hotel project worth US$250 million.

Under the license, CRD Pte Company of Riviera Group and CSK Finance of Japan will set up a five-star hotel complex called Hoa Sen Hotel Ltd. Co in Hanoi’s Tu Liem outlying district.

The complex will include a 15-storey building with 769 hotel rooms, restaurants, sports and recreation areas and a trading centre.

Construction work will start in June and the hotel will be completed in the 2nd quarter of 2010.
