Floods wreak havoc on Gia Lai

(VOV) -Downpours coupled with water discharged from some hydro-electric power plants in the Central Highland province of Gia Lai have submerged sections of key roads and swept away many hundreds of local residents.
The rising level of water discharged from the An Khe -Ka Nak hydro-electric power plant has flooded the lower reaches of the Ba river.
