Vietnam beat Taiwan 3-2 at Asian volleyball tourney

(VOV) - Vietnam’s Lien Viet Post Bank won a 3-2 victory over Taiwan (China) at the Asian Women’s Volleyball Tournament in the Central Highland province of Dak Lak on May 1.
In the first set, the Vietnamese girls easily had a 25-15 score in their favour.
In the second set, they could not gain the upper hand and lost 21-25 to their rivals.
In the third set, they were again beaten 24-26.
In the fourth set, the Vietnamese players were cheered on to finish 27-25 in their favour.
In the final set, they played more confidently to win a 15-13 score over their rivals.
With two wins, Vietnam’s Lien Viet Post Bank has been placed second only to Kazakhstan who defeated Thailand 3-0 in another match, pushing the latter down to the bottom of group A.
