The Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee is calling for investors to set up their businesses in the 100-ha High-Tech Agricultural Park (HTAP) in Pham Van Coi Commune, Cu Chi District.

Eligible projects must either be in high-tech agricultural production research or in human resources training for high-tech agriculture.

Investors in the park will pay an annual land rental based on the city’s regulations and the rental period will not exceed 50 years. Investors will not have to pay for use of water for irrigation but will be required to pay for waste water treatment and use of water for daily living.

The city said it would hire foreign high-tech agricultural experts and provide bus service for employees working in the park.
