Vietnam returns fugitive to China
Vietnamese police on January 30 returned a fugitive Chinese man, alleged to have illegally destroyed forest area, to Chinese police at Mong Cai International Border Gate in the northern province of Quang Ninh.

Lin Feng, 36, is accused of illegally occupying farming lands and destroying forest in Fujian, China. He escaped from his home country, making Chinese police to issue red notice in search for him overseas.
The Chinese side has received support from police of Mong Cai city who captured him in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City on January 29. Lin was then transferred to Mong Cai before being handed over to Chinese police in Dongxing city.
