VOV, Radio France commit to improving cooperation

VOV.VN - Public broadcasters Radio the Voice of Vietnam (VOV) and Radio France on July 19 vowed to improve their all-around comprehensive cooperation at a public meeting in Paris.

“We are committed to strengthening the Vietnam, France vibrant strategic partnership grounded in friendship, mutual trust, and common security,” said VOV General Director Nguyen The Ky at the event.

Mr Ky emphasised that VOV is forward thinking and striving to become an international leader in digital broadcasting and ardently believes it can benefit tremendously from Radio France’s consultation and experience.

Mathieu Gallet, general director of Radio France in turn affirmed Radio France’s commitment to share experience in both radio and television with VOV. He also talked about the importance of attracting dynamic young people into the industry.
At the meeting, the two sides signed an agreement to exchange broadcasting and musical programming in regards to culture, politics, economics, tourism and society. 

They also agreed to exchange delegations of correspondents for skills enhancement and training purposes.
