Over a thousand antiques from private collections have been placed on display in the capital city from January 20 to welcome Tet (Lunar New Year Festival).

Among the 1,370 artefacts showcased at

They include a 58cm long and 48cm high Dong Son bronze drum initially priced at VND120 million, and a Dong Son Thap (glazed terracotta jar) at VND80 million.

The antique show was coorganised by the Co Vat Tinh Hoa (Vietnam Antiques) magazine and the Thang Long artifacts Association.
