During their stay, they visited Military Zone No.4 to discuss boosting cooperation in national defence and security, coordinating in social economic development, and preventing crime, particularly drug –related crimes, human trafficking and cross-border trafficking.

The delegation also offered incense to late President Ho Chi Minh in his home town.

On November 5, they held talks with Nghe An authorities to discuss ways to enhance comprehensive cooperation in all fields, especially human resources and technological development.
