To mark the 45th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam-Lao diplomatic relations and the 30th anniversary of the signing of the Friendship and Co-operation Treaty, the Vietnamese and Lao embassies in Russia held a sports exchange on August 5.
The event attracted embassy staff, students and other Vietnamese and Lao residents to join different games, including volley ball, table-tennis, badminton, football and tennis.
Speaking on the occasion, Vietnamese Ambassador to Russia Nguyen Ngoc Binh affirmed Vietnam’s resolve to consolidate the relations of special friendship and comprehensive co-operation between the two countries.
