The 13th session of the Vietnam-Mongolia Joint Governmental Committee for trade, economic and scientific and technological cooperation was held in Ho Chi Minh City on December 11.
Delegates reviewed the development of economic and trade ties between the two countries after the 12th session and discussed the prospect for future cooperation in the 2009-2011 period.
They agreed that two-way trade between Vietnam and Mongolia remains modest, reaching only between US$3-5 million annually, mostly from Vietnam.
