From the walk the Vietnam Fatherland Front in Ho Chi Minh City and Phu My Hung Joint-Venture Company collected more than VND1.1 billion to help the poor in the traditional Lunar New Year festival (Tet).

Leaders from the Sports and Physical Training Sector presented the insignia “for the cause of sports and physical training” to Lawrence S.Ting, late president of the Central Trading and Development (CT&D) Company and Nguyen Hoang Dung, deputy general director of Phu My Hung Company.

The Lawrence S.Ting Community Support Fund has so far donated more than VND30 billion to social charitable activities.
