Lt. Gen. Alexander B. Yano, Commanding General of the Philippines Army has concluded a three-day visit to Vietnam.

During their stay from January 20-22, Lt. Gen. Alexander B. Yano and his entourage met with Lt. Gen. Nguyen Huu Kham, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army, and visited the High Command of Elite Force.
