The Taiwanese ESWF non-governmental organisation on August 30 donated 204 clothing packages worth nearly VND2.7 billion to Agent Orange victims and disabled people in northern Thai Binh province.

About 28,000 AO victims and over 100,000 handicapped people are encountering difficulties despite the province’s constant efforts to assist them.
