Experts from Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia have identified the exact location where the three countries’ borders meet during a conference in Ho Chi Minh City from June 12-15.
They discussed how to implement and coordinate plans in the future to complete marking this border point by the middle of 2008.
According to the Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs, this effort was significant in further completing border demarcation programmes among the three countries and contributed to the Development Triangle programme between Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam initiated by the three countries’ Prime Ministers last August.
