From the second term of the 2010-2011 school-year, those studying in the US, Canada, Japan, the UK, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Denmark and Norway will get US$1,200 per month each.

For domestic training courses in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City trainees will annually receive VND34.7 million each. Trainees in Hue city and those coming from Quang Nam province to study in Danang city will get VND27 million, and other trainees VND18.7 million per year each.
