Massive blaze rips through Binh Duong kindergarten
VOV.VN - A fire broke out in a footwear workshop before spreading to a kindergarten and a foreign language centre in the southern province of Binh Duong on January 8.

Local residents said flames suddenly erupted from a footwear workshop at 9 am, quickly spreading to a kindergarten and a training centre in Le Thi Trung Street, Binh Chuan ward, Thuan An commune, Binh Duong province.
Thick black smoke rose from the building causing panic for many of the nursery’s child minders who fled with children in their arms as they ran into the street for safety.
Dozens of fire fighters were mobilized to extinguish the blaze. However, strong winds caused difficulties as they battled the inferno.
By 12pm, the fire was brought under control but the footwear workshop and several surrounding houses were completely destroyed.
The cause of and damage from the fire are being investigated.
