Representatives from ministries, sectors, and businesses involved in real estate gave opinions on the draft law on real estate trading at a workshop in Hanoi on February 28.

Participants focused their discussions on types and transactions of real estate to be traded, and organisations and individuals to be permitted to engage in real estate activities. They also discussed capital levels advanced by clients for housing construction projects, certificates for trading practices and real estate evaluation.

The workshop was held by the National Assembly Committee for Economic and Budgetary Affairs and the Ministry of Construction.
