The ASEAN Football Federation (AFF) plans to hold the Southeast Asian (SEA) U23 Football Championships in Jakarta, Indonesia, from September 20-30, prior to the 26th SEA Games.
The Vietnamese team is adjusting its schedule so it can take part in the competition, which has so far attracted three squads from East Timor, Indonesia and the Philippines.
In preparation for the upcoming SEA Games, Vietnam’s U23 team will participate in two international friendly matches: the first for the Ho Chi Minh City Cup from September 28 to October 2, and the second for the VFF Son Ha Cup from October 19-23.
