Vietnamese student Vu Nguyen Ha Anh has won first prize at a world model contest co-organised by two companies, namely Glamour Fair (in London and Miami) and A La Carte (in Paris).
Ha Anh, who is studying at the Business Management Department of Reading University in London, was the only Asian candidate in the contest and beat nearly 500 participants to take top honour.
With her beautiful singing voice, Ha Anh also won a scholarship for a one-year course at the British Academy of Music in London. Last year, she was awarded the prize for the most beautiful body at the 2005 Miss Photo Vietnam.
Ha Anh used to be an outstanding student at the Amsterdam High School in Hanoi.
