Czech Republic, Vietnam boost defence ties
(VOV) - Deputy Minister of Defence Sen. Lieut. Gen. Nguyen Chi Vinh received Czech Ambassador to Vietnam Martin Kalepko in Hanoi on December 9.
Vinh spoke highly of the relations between the two Governments, armies and peoples in recent times.
He emphasised the new developments in the two countries’ military and defence cooperation in personnel training and the defence industry.
Both host and guest agreed the two armies will increase delegation exchanges, strengthen cooperation in humanitarian relief, defence industry, bomb and mine clearance, and share experience in engaging in the UN peacekeeping force.
