Modern beverage factory inaugurated in Quang Nam

The first phase of the Number one Chu Lai beverage factory invested by the Tan Hiep Phat Group came into operation in the central province of Quang Nam on March 24.

Covering 26 ha in Tam Hiep commune of Nui Thanh district, the factory was built at a cost of VND1.82 trillion (US$80.08 million). 


It is the first beverage factory in Vietnam equipped with the most advanced technology – Aseptic Blow Fill of Italy, with each line capable of producing 48,000 bottles per hour in the first phase.

According to Tran Uyen Phuong, Director of the Number one Chu Lai Co., Ltd, the factory is creating about 300 direct jobs and thousands of indirect ones.

After its second phase is completed, the factory can produce 500 million litres per year, making it the largest beverage producer in the Central and Central Highlands regions.
