A high-level Vietnamese delegation led by State President Nguyen Minh Triet will attend the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) Summit on nuclear disarmament and the general debate of the 64th UN General Assembly in New York from September 23-25.
He will then fly to Cuba and Chile for official visits to the two Latin American nations from September 26 to October 1.
The visits were made at the invitations of the Cuban President of the State Council and the Ministers Council, Raul Castro Ruz, and Chilean President Michelle Bachelet.
