•  Vietnam, Laos hold talks

Minh praised ambassador Sayachak’s contributions to strengthening ties of friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between the two countries during his working term in Vietnam.

For his constant efforts to boost cooperation between the two foreign ministries in bringing and developing the diplomatic sector, the Lao ambassador was recently awarded the Friendship Order by the Vietnamese State.

Mr Sayachak expressed sincere thanks for this honour and praised the special ties of friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
