During the three-day event, 30 domestic and foreign delegates are expected to exchange views on the latest regional and world information technologies. 

The symposium, jointly held by the IEEE Communication Society, the Paris University 13 and the College of Technology under the Danang University, will include a plenary session and five group working sessions, with a focus on infrastructure development policies for the global communication and information technology network. 

It will also debate related issues such as techniques for developing global and national information technology.
