The Government of the Republic of Korea (RoK) will grant US$1.425 million in non-refundable aid to help build an e-library at the Ho Chi Minh National Politics Academy.
An agreement to the effect was signed in Hanoi on July 7.

The aid, given through the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) in 2006-07, will help to equip the library and transfer technologies for the library's operation.
