VOV.VN - Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong on May 5 visited the Naval Zone 4 High Command, Ly Thai To Gepard-class frigate and Kilo Class submarine in Cam Ranh base in the south-central coastal province of Khanh Hoa.
