A world-class hotel with renowned trademark, Holiday Inn belonging InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) will be located inside the MBLand Tower in Hanoi.
Holiday Inn is known as one of the hotel chains with the highest occupation rate in the world at present.
The 21-storey MBLand tower will be built on an area of 9,400 m2, including the hotel, offices for lease and trade centres.
The MBLand Real Estate Joint Stock Company is currently finalising legal formalities for a project to build the tower, which will get underway early next year. Construction is scheduled for completion in 2013.
