The Deputy Minister also praised the Ambassador’s active contribution to strengthening the friendship and cooperation between the two countries.

Mr Vassilev expressed his honour to receive the order and thanked the State and Government and related ministries and organisations that provided valuable support to his embassy.  He pledged to continue boost the traditional ties between Vietnam and Bulgaria.
