During their training course, Lao officers studied theories on external relations in class, joined fact-finding tours to different localities and took part in many diplomatic activities in Vietnam, which helped them improve their knowledge and gain more practical experience.

Prof. Dr Vu Dinh Hoa, vice rector of the institute, expressed his hope that Lao trainees would successfully perform their tasks in Laos and further contribute to strengthening Vietnam-Laos relationship.
