The annual International Women’s Beach Volleyball Tournament kicked off in Quang Ninh province’s Tuan Chau resort on April 25.
The event drew the participation of ten teams from China, New Zealand, Thailand, Kazakhstan and host Vietnam.
Teams will be divided into two groups where they will complete in a round robin format to select the best four teams for the next round.
After the first competition day, Vietnam’s team 1 beat its Kazakhstan rival 2-0.
The tournament will last until April 27.
