A delegation comprising 30 Danish companies in the field of information technology and electronics will make a fact-finding tour of Vietnam from April 16-20 to seek business opportunities.

With support from the Danish International Development Agency (DANIDA) and the Danish Embassy in Vietnam, Danish businesses expect to meet Vietnamese companies which have potential for developing IT and electronics projects and willing to co-operate and get technological know-how from Danish companies. Each project will be offered up to US$850,000 in financial support from the B2B-DANIDA programme.

DANIDA will arrange around 300 private meetings between Danish businesses and Vietnamese partners in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City and hold a seminar to discuss trading activities in Vietnam and exchange experiences in developing IT and electronics industry.

According to the Danish Embassy, this is a good opportunity for Danish companies to exploit the IT and electronics market in Vietnam.
