The Ministry of Information and Culture on July 14 launched a logo designing contest for the National Conference Centre, which is scheduled for completion in September to serve the 14^th APEC Meeting to be held in November.

Entries to the contest should highlight the significance and features of the National Conference Centre and should be simple, modern, highly artistic and generalised, and convenient for both colour and black-and-white printing.

The contest is welcome to all painters and architects nationwide, including professionals and amateurs, who are asked to send entries within a week from August 10-15.
