The Central Airport Authority has signed a contract for designing a new international terminal at Da Nang Airport, according to the People’s Committee of Da Nang City. The Authority’s partner is a joint venture comprising the US Louis Berger Group, Inc., the Netherlands Airport Consultants and a Vietnamese consulting company.

The project to construct the terminal was approved by the Government with a total investment of US$75 million from Vietnam’s national airline sector. Under the project, the terminal will be built according to the modern international standards of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) to receive four million passengers per year.
