Hanoi and the Japan International Co-operation Agency (JICA) on May 29 signed a Memorandum of Understanding on a technical co-operation project to develop human resources for the transport sector in Hanoi.

Signatories to the three-year project were Vice Chairman of Hanoi People’s Committee Do Hoang An and JICA Resident Representative Fumio Kikuchi.

Both host and guest discussed the implementation of JICA-funded projects in Hanoi and the prospects for future co-operation.
