All preparations for the upcoming election such as organising consultations conferences and making lists of voters and NA candidates have been accomplished so far. Additionally, measures to ensure security, social order and material facilities for the event have also been intensified, according to the Hanoi Municipal Election Committee.

Currently, Hanoi has been conducting meetings between voters and NA candidates and organising people-to-people meetings at all districts in the city’s area. Notably, people’s denunciations and complaints have been resolved properly.

NA Chairman Trong expressed his appreciation for Hanoi’s efforts in ensuring thorough preparations for the election while asking the city to enhance far-reaching propaganda activities aimed at providing full information for voters so that they can better understand their own interest and responsibility for the election.
