The PetroVietnam Trading Company (Petechim) began the construction of a gas and oil storage facility at Chan May Port in the central province of Thua Thien-Hue on April 6.

The VND65-billion facility was designed to stockpile up to 14,000cu.m of products transported from the Dzung Quat Oil Refinery in the central province of Quang Ngai and the Nghi Son Oil Refinery in the northern province of Thanh Hoa.
