Vietnam, Japan share experience in HR training

(VOV) - Vietnam has appreciated Japan’s effective assistance in various areas, including human resource training.

To Huy Rua, member of the Party’s Political Bureau and head of the Party Central Committee’s Organisation Commission, made the remarks at a reception for Yoshida Kozo, Director General of the Japan National Personnel Authority, in Hanoi on May 21.

Rua, who is also chairman of the Vietnam-Japan friendship parliamentarian group, said Vietnam will train high-quality human resources to meet the country’s target of becoming a modern, industrial nation by 2020.

Vietnam wants to learn from Japan’s experience in developing human resources, he told his guest.

He also confirmed that the Party, State and people of Vietnam desire to further develop relations with Japan.

He welcomed a Japanese delegation of experts led by Professor Kozo to Vietnam to cooperate with the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration in training managers for key Vietnamese agencies.

For his part, Professor Kozo said Japan attaches great importance to fostering relations with Vietnam, including increasing the leadership capacity of Vietnamese managers.

He expressed his hope of making a further contribution to the growing ties between Japan and Vietnam.
