The 29th chairman-level session of the Vietnam-China Joint Committee for Land Border Demarcation and Landmark Planting was held in Hanoi on August 15-29.
The two sides reached solutions to outstanding issues relating to border demarcation and landmark planting. They agreed to set up a group to draft an agreement on land border management regulations.
The 30th session will be held in China next month.
