Deputy PM greets Lao Chief Judge

He also affirmed the Vietnamese government's readiness to offer favorable conditions for developing ties between the two countries’ court systems.
The Lao Chief Judge elaborated on cooperative activities between the court sectors of the two countries, including regular exchange visits, celebrations of the 55th anniversary of the Vietnam-Laos diplomatic ties and the 40th anniversary of the signing of bilateral Treaty for Amity and Cooperation.
On this occasion, the Lao Chief Justice presented an insignia of the Lao court sector to politburo member and Deputuy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh in recognition of his contributions to the establishment and development of the Lao Supreme People's Court.
Earlier on January 4, Chief Judge of the Supreme People’s Court of Vietnam Nguyen Hoa Binh also presented a first-class Independence Order to the Supreme People’s Court of Laos.
