Phan Thi Trang fired in a hat trick while Le Con Hoai Luong and Chuong Thi Kieu each scored a goal.

After the first qualifying round, Vietnam ranks first in group A with 12 points  and is the only team in Group A to play in the second round of the Asian Cup 2011, which will begin in Thailand on December 2.
