System launched to promote administrative reform
The Government Office has launched a system to receive and give feedback to citizens’ petitions and recommendations related to policies and administrative procedure processing at http://nguoidan.chinhphu.vn.
As part of efforts to realise the Government’s determination to build an incorruptible, facilitating and action-oriented Government that works to serve people and businesses, the system is an interactive information channel between the Government and people.
People can easily access the system from computers and mobile devices connected to internet, to send, follow and receive feedback on their petitions and recommendations.
Through the system, State administrative agencies at all levels will receive and give replies to petitions and recommendations in each area and management level, while collecting administrative reform proposals and initiatives, in order to build an effective and synchronous State administrative management system.
The Government Office will be responsible for guiding, monitoring and inspecting and urging ministries, sectors and localities in the work.
