BELLSYSTEM24 Inc., forges co-operation with Hoa Sao

Japan’s BELLSYSTEM24 Inc., has inked a definitive agreement for investing in Hoa Sao Group Joint Stock Company, which is Vietnam’s leading contact centre corporation.

BELLSYSTEM24 CEO Ichiro Tsuge said this firm’s co-operation with Hoa Sao will serve as a foothold to expand its services to Vietnamese firms
Under the agreement, BELLSYSTEM24 will purchase a 49 stake in Hoa Sao which possesses eight contact centres throughout Vietnam, in order to start contact centre operations here, aimed at providing support for multinational corporations entering the Vietnamese market and addressing offshore needs.

Hoa Sao was established in 2006, and currently has 1,500 booths, more than 3,000 agents, and provides various services, including contact centre operations to meet local outsourcing needs for foreign and domestic companies at its eight centres across Vietnam.

The Japanese firm has looked positively at the strong English potential in urban areas, the large increase of the number of students studying abroad in Japan, and overall possibilities for the contact centre business in Vietnam.

Aiming to expand the revenue of its customer relationship management business, Bellsystem24 sees Vietnam as having high growth potential, and pursue the local market business. It also wants to use Vietnam as a base for offshore services.

Bellsystem24 also plans to use its co-operation with Hoa Sao as a firm foundation to expand services to local Vietnamese firms as well as to provide various forms of support for companies entering the Vietnamese market and to address offshore needs for companies that BELLSYSTEM24 already has a relationship with in Japan.

In addition, BELLSYSTEM24 will continue to focus on overseas expansion with primarily ASEAN nations in mind.
