The Hanoi Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs on May 8 held a press conference to launch of a labour transaction floor and hold its first transaction session.

This is a practical activity to implement the city’s project aimed at “Developing the labour market of the capital city by 2010 with a vision for 2015”.

The department will conduct the opening of the labour transaction floor and the first transaction session at the Hanoi Employment Centre on May 12. Around 55 enterprises and training centers are expected to participate in the session and recruit around 6,800 people. There will be positions for around 1,100 graduates from colleges, universities or higher-level schools, 2,900 technical workers, and 2,800 unskilled labourers.
